This chapter purchased xcelasone’s 10 course leadership development curriculum featuring courseware on collaboration, building credibility, conflict resolution, decision making, effective communications, innovation, integrity and ethics, networking, problem solving, planning, and organizing.

The 10 courses were made available on a sorority branded Learning Management System (LMS) to make it simple for all learners to access the courses on any type of device.

In addition, the LMS provided the ability to access customized reports on course access (who accessed, when they accessed, how long they accessed, test scores, and survey results).
